Nigeria records 745 new cases of COVID-19 as death toll climbs 475

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Thursday reported 745 new cases of #COVID19 in country.

A breakdown of the new figure shows that Lagos recorded 280 new case followed by Oyo State with 103 new cases.



Others are; Ebonyi-72, FCT-60, Imo-46, Edo-34, Delta-33, Rivers-25, Kaduna-23, Ondo-16, Katsina-12, Kano-10, Bauchi-8, Borno-7, Kwara-5, Gombe-4, Sokoto-2, Enugu-2, Yobe-1, Osun-1, Nasarawa-1.

Total confirmed cases of infection in Nigeria as at Thursday 18 June, 2020 is 18,480.  
6,307 infected persons have been treated and discharged while 475 deaths were recorded.
