Nguroje explained that the two suspects who are both residents of Sabewa Borrong, in Demsa Local Government of the state, got arrested on 3rd June 2024 by the Command’s Operatives attached to the State Intelligence Department (SID).

“Their arrest followed a thorough investigation carried out following the directives of the Commissioner of Police,” Nguroje said.

He listed items recovered from them to include two machetes, a knife, a handset, and a SIM card, adding that the items were believed to have been used by them in carrying out their dastard acts.
