Edo Council boss admonishes political appointees to see selves as ambassador of Obaseki

The Executive Chairman, Etsako Central Local Government of Edo State,  Comrade John Osi Akhigbe, has advised the new political appointees to see themselves as ambassadors of the State Governor, Mr Godwin Obaseki in their various Wards and Local Government Areas.

The Council Boss gave this advice when the appointees visited him in his resident and charged them to always make themselves accessible to the people and do things in their individual capacity to consolidate on the Governor developmental stride as this will help in spreading the good deeds of the Governor.

While congratulating the newly inaugurated appointees, SA's and SSA, He urged them to start mobilizing support for the paramount aim which is to return Governor Obaseki and Philip in 2020, advising them to go to their various Wards and Units and Continue to spread the good news of the Governor's achievement thereby sensitising the people on why Governor Obaseki must be re- elected in 2020.

In response, Comrade Amedu Matthew a.k.a AM express, who spoke on behalf of the appointees appreciated the Chairman for his advice and the instrumental role he played prior to their appointment.  He assured the Chairman that they will continue to work together with the Council Boss emphasizing that Governor Obaseki 2020 is sure and not negotiable.
