Dangote truck kills 4 in Osun

No fewer than four dead bodies were recovered and fourteen others critically wounded yesterday, November 15, 2019, as one Dangote truck had a head-on collision with an 18-passenger commuter bus at Erin-Ijesha, Osun State, Nigeria.

The bus, a Federal Assisted Mass Assisted vehicle, reportedly traveling in a convoy with six other buses from Lagos State to Kano State went up in flames when it veered off and was rammed into by a reckless truck driver who attempted to overtake another a motionless truck that was parked by the road.

Sympathizers traveling along the route were able to rescue only fourteen (14) from the raging inferno, with five of them - including the bus driver - terribly wounded and hanging on to life by a thin thread. Four other passengers were not lucky enough as they were burnt in the fatal accident where a helpless Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) members had made futile efforts to save more lives.

The killer truck driver did not stop at all but sped off with one of his own tires too reportedly on flames.
