UNICEF commends governor Badaru on health care

United Nations Childrens Fund (UNICEF) has commended the Jigawa State Government for making the health care of women and children in the state.

The permanent secretary of the Primary Healthcare Agency, Dr Kabiru Ibrahim told reporters after a closed door meeting with the officials of UNICEF and Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar.

The permanent secretary added that UNICeF will continue to partner with the state Government in ensuring good health care for women and children in the state.
