Photos: Christmas with Children
It was a fun-filled day for Akwa Ibom children as the wife of the state governor, Her Excellency, Mrs Martha Udom Emmanuel in the spirit of the season hosted them to a Christmas party at the banquet hall grounds of Government House, Uyo.
The children drawn from the 31 LGAs, took part in different games, danced made merry and also won gifts courtesy of the governor’s wife.
Highpoint of the event was the cutting of the Christmas cake by the governor’s wife in company of the children.
