Appointed...

The Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi has approved the appointment of Mr. Godwin E. Okpeodua as the Deputy Rector Academics.
According to a statement made available to this blog from the Information and Public Relations Unit of the Institution, Mr. Okpeodua takes over from Engr. DR. E. U. Onochie who is proceding on sabbatical leave.

Okpeodua was until his new appointment the Dean of Students Affairs. He has also served the Polytechnic creditably as the Dean of the School of General Studies.
Other appointees include: Mr. Samuel Eshiobo, Chief Lecturer as Dean, Student Affairs; Mr Momoh Usman, Lecurer I as Programmd Coordinator, Department of MassCommunication.
Also appointed is Mr. Iwegbue Godwin, Lecturer I, as Acting Head, Department of MassCommunication.
Mr. Iwegbue's appointment was sequel to the transition of the former Head of Department, Mrs Clara Ogbiti.
