Former Edo council boss and chieftain of APC, Asekhamen endorses Asue Ighodalo




A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress and former Chairman of Owan West Local Government Area of Edo State, Chief Daniel Asekhamen popularly known as OY has endorsed the governorship Candidate of the People's Democratic Party PDP Dr Asue Ighodalo.
Asekhamen made the endorsement when he visited the candidate in Benin city.
Chief Asekhamen who is a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC in Owan West Local Government Area said his decision is premised on the credibility of the PDP candidate Dr Asue Ighodalo adding that Edo state does not need a candidate that is not transparent and credible adding that Dr. Ighodalo has a good track record and as such cannot divert the money of Edo people.


He said even though he is a member of APC he has the right to decide who to support in the next election hence his choice of Ighodalo.
He encouraged Edo people to massively vote for Ighodalo as his services will be of great benefit to them.
"I have endorsed Asue. I believe he is the right man for the job. He will build on the good works of Obaseki. In Edo state we don't need people that will divert state funds and mess up the system.  
He has a very good track record and he is seen as a jovial and straight forward person that will keep to his promises to the people. Regardless of party affiliation I want to encourage the people of edo to vote massively for him and be rest assured that his services will be of great benefit of edo people".
Chief Asekhamen earlier visited the PDP candidate Dr Asue Ighodalo in Benin city alongside the speaker of Edo State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Blessing Agbebaku,  chairman of Owan West Local Government Council Dickson Ahonsi, the PDP chairman of Owan West Local Government Area Mr Aigbodion Arizona and other supporters.
