Hunger: Borno reps member, Hon. Aliyu Betara shares N46million to women
Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu OON, brought the warmth of Ramadan closer to the women forums in Biu, by sharing the sum of fourty six million naira (46,000 000) cash to them.
The distribution process was meticulously planned, ensuring that amongs the fourty six (46) forums under the leadership of Hajiya Shatu, each of the forums received the sum of one million (1,000,000) naira cash.
Women leaders of the each forums received a sum of two hundred thousand naira (200,000) while the remaining amount of eight hundred thousand naira (800,000) was shared to remaining members of the forums including the deputy women leader, secretary and P.R.O.
This is a sign of showing love to one another as a virtue of the holy month of Ramadan.
It is part of Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu's broader efforts to promote economic development and social inclusion in the Biu, Kwaya-Kusar, Bayo, and Shani Federal Constituency.
The overall women leader, Hajiya shatu Ibrahim (MaMashat) has extended her deepest gratitude to Honourable Muktar Betara Aliyu for his unwavering commitment to the wellbeing of women in his constituency. His incredible work has created a positive impact, fostering empowerment and sustainability among them.
Through this initiative, the women are not only provided with a financial solutions but also their inclusion in development is paramount, while thanking the lawmaker for his commitment in Making the women Matter amidst all the challenges.
