A new research conducted by Barratt London, in collaboration with YouGov, has unveiled the crucial factors that GCC investors should consider when purchasing property in London.

This study, which surveyed 1,000 adults, provides valuable guidance for investors looking to capitalize on opportunities in the UK Capital.

One of the key findings of the research was the significance of proximity to London's extensive transportation network. This factor emerged as the top priority for investors across all age groups.

Following closely behind was access to local amenities, with 64% of respondents emphasizing the importance of being near shops, leisure facilities, and restaurants. Additionally, green spaces were highlighted as a critical factor by 50% of participants.

When it comes to preferred London zones, the results were mixed. Zone 3 emerged as the top choice, favored by 14% of respondents, followed by Zone 2 (13%) and Zone 5 (11%). Interestingly, the research revealed a correlation between age groups and borough preferences, with younger individuals leaning towards Zones 2 and 3, while older investors preferred Zones 4 and 5.
