SurvivalFund account hacked, beneficiaries' data stolen



The Surviaval Fund Team is currently battling a cyber attack on its website which has resulted into lose of thousands of beneficiaries' data.

The beneficiaries of the Scheme were on Wednesday upon opening the website discovered their staff's details are wiped off. This development made some of them inquire from the Scheme what led to the disappearance of the data.

They however, made a clarification via a Facebook chat. See it below:



As at today Friday, the Scheme is still working to restore beneficiaries' data with hope to continue making payment to the beneficiaries of the Scheme

The Federal Government under the leardership of President Mhammadu inaugurated the Survival Fund Scheme in 2020.

The objective of the FG MSME CRM & MIS Platform is to help with the digital registration, onboarding and monitoring of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises for the Federal Government Survival Fund Program. The program includes Payroll Support, Guaranteed Offtake and MSME Grant. 

The CRM & MIS Platform will also enable the inventory management of the Guaranteed Offtake Scheme. This program is part of the Economic Sustainability Plan, which aims to support and protect these businesses from the potential vulnerabilities brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
