APC crisis: Oshiomole advises Victor Giadom

"My advise to Victor Giadom is about common sense: If the chairman is absent, it is the Deputy, and in the absence of the Deputy, the Vice Chairman takes over, and we have a Secretary who works til night to ensure the party secreteriate functions. I don't see how a Deputy National secretary would jump and become an Acting National Chairman"
