Nigeria records 245 new cases of Coronavirus as death toll reaches 221

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Friday reported 245 new cases of #COVID19 in the country.

Lagos again takes the lead with 131 new cases, Jigawa recorded 16 cases and Ogun State, 13 cases.



Others affected States are; 12-Borno, 9-Kaduna, 9-Oyo, 9-Rivers, 9-Ebonyi, 8-Kano, 7-Kwara, 5-Katsina, 3-Akwa Ibom, 3-Sokoto, 2-Bauchi, 2-Yobe, 1-Anambra, 1-Gombe, 1-Niger, 1-Ondo, 1-Plateau, , 1-FCT, 1-Bayelsa.

Total number of infected persons now are 7261 cases in Nigeria. 2007 have been treated and discharged while 221 have died.
