Landlord shoots tenant to death with AK47 for for failure to vacate apartment

Mr. Benjamin, was shot in Ghana by his landlord, for failing to vacate his house 24hrs after his quit notice expired.

According to source, Benjamin moves out his properties, but was unable to move all on the expulsion date. So, he returned the next morning to pick up the remaining properties.

The Landlord came into the room with an AK47 and shoot him to death for violating the quit notice.

Police authority in Ghana are investigating the remote cause of the incident.
