The death has occurred of Alhaji Usman Shagadi, a political strongman in Edo North.

Alhaji Usman Shagadi was a great political leader who inspired and led thousands of people through his unwavering courage, bravery, and unyielding insistence on doing that which is good and fair.

Until his death, he was APC leader in Edo North whose word was his bond, a rare trait in the political arena.
