On Edo Assembly Update: INEC agrees to comply.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said it will obey any lawful resolution of the parliament including that of the Edo State House of Assembly which declared the seats of 14 lawmakers-elect vacant.

They have affirmed it is their responsibility and that they will abide and conduct the by-election when they get a formal pronouncement from Edo house of Assembly to that effect.
