Shettima expresses shock over Maiduguri GSM Market fire
The Senator representing Borno Central Senatorial District, His Excellency Senator Kashim Shettima received the news of the fire incident which ravaged the Maiduguri GSM Market yesterday night with profound shock and sadness.
In a statement issued today, Senator Shettima expressed his deep, heartfelt and sincere sympathy to the teeming young, innovative and hard working entrepreneurs who were directly affected by this tragedy, the umbrella association of the technology entrepreneurs and the good people of Borno State over this unfortunate incident. He however enjoined everyone, especially the victims, to accept the incident as ordained by Allah (SWT).
The Senator then prayed to Allah for the speedy and easy recovery of the huge material losses incurred by the victims and for abundant blessings, now and in the future, from the benevolent Creator.
He also assured that he will do all within his powers to alleviate the sufferings of the enterprising and deligent young people affected by this devastating incident and to bring them relief and succour as soon as possible.
