5 important steps to successful NPower career transition path

There are some things to note before choosing your desired options.
They called it survey. Yes, I know it's a survey, but take it seriously. Forget about their grammar. Once you submitted, you will be unable to change it. And also, more options may be added in the future, depending on economic realities (availability of more opportunities).
Community police and teacher are government jobs, while SANEF and Field agent are private/self-employed jobs.

GEEP Loan and Start a farm are self-employed.
Community police is a Federal government job and community teacher is a state government job, the two are permanent jobs but they depend on the availability of slots and government capacity and needs. So, the two will be very competitive, and may not accommodate everyone.

1. Some States recruit teachers often. The question is, if our states still need more teachers their public schools, and if they do, what will be their requirements and criteria for  recruitment of teachers. Will they recruit those with B.Sc without PGDE?

Will they give npower beneficiaries special attention or just throw it out for any qualified one to apply and be recruited.

2. Community police has only 40,000 slots. 50 from each local govt, and 1300 for professional bodies. I guess there is a  better opportunity here for npower beneficiaries. If you succeed in this, you will earn between 40 to 60k per month

3. If you select GEEP loan, FG will give you a loan between 10k to 100k depending on your business plan to start a business in your community. Tell me the type of business one can start with 100k?. Maybe you will start  kerosene business in your community... Lol.. Don't mind me

4. Start or expand your farm: if you choose this, FG will train you on your farming specialty. After training you, they will give you seeding or seed loan to kick start your farm.

5. Become a SANEF Agent; if you choose this, FG will link you to one of the banks in Nigeria where you will open an agent account with the sum of 50k (note; FG will give you the 50k). The bank will give you POS and banner.
You will find any location of your choice and open your business. People will be coming to open account, transfer fund, deposit or withdraw money in your shop/stand, while the bank pays you commission as per transaction. You can make much money on this. Many people are into it.

6. Become a field agent; if you choose this one, FG will train you on data collation. You will be working for any agency that needs your services. Your work will be basically on contract, and you will be paid per contract you carried out. This one involves a lot cash, but may not be regular.

Finally, my suggestions and advice:
1. If you are desperately in need of job, and you don't have any health challenge, my dear, go for community police, instead of community teacher. Community police has more chances of taking npower beneficiaries than community teacher which is going to be masterminded by state government.

2. If you have any existing business or you are dreaming to become a business mogul one day, pls go for GEEP loan, FG will train you and give you loan to start or boost your existing business. You can consult me for your business plan if you don't know how to write one.

3. If you are in the village or close to village, and you have a space for farming, my dear, choose 'to start or expand your farm'. This is an area where FG has much focus on, you will benefit very well from this programme. They will offer you high breed seedlings, loan with low interest rate and more other benefits to enjoy.

5. If you are a cooperate person, asin! You like to dress cooperate and speak furnished grammar lol.. My dear, choose SANEF, you will become a bank not only a banker lol... But mind you, you will only excel in this business if your location is strategically located. You have to be in an area that is populated, and also where there is no bank or too much bank branches.

6. If you have a steady income, and you like to do research, you can go for Field agent.
7. If you are already working in any government ministry or agency, pls avoid community police and teacher, or else you want to change your career.

It will take you to  the transition survey where you will choose the options you want.

Note; you can't choose community police and community teacher because they are in one category, likewise others.
