APC Crisis: EPM Calls Ojezua Most Incompetent State Chairman Ever In Nigeria, Dares Him To Do His Worst

The Chairman of the Edo State chapter of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, Mr. Anslem Ojezua has been described as the most incompetent state chairman in the history of Nigerian politics by a socio-political group, the Edo People’s Movement, EPM.

Speaking through its convener on Thursday night in London while reacting to threat issued by the state chairman, who had threatened to sanction members of the movement who have been bombarding the state governor with criticisms, Barrister Henry Idahagbon called Ojezua a serial failure who has never won any election in his ward let alone his local government.

Anslem Ojezua had in a statement earlier on Thursday warned the group that the party will not allow “the reckless antics of shameless  and selfish individuals to dictate the fortunes of the party”.

But in a swift reaction,  Idahagbon, who spoke to OLIKA REPORTERS in London during a live interview dared the chairman to do his worst.

He said: “Anslem Ojezua is high on Nigerian breweries products. He has never won his unit, ward let alone his LGA. He’s a serial failure. We in the EPM dare him to do his worst”.

The former Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of Edo state  added that, “He’s a serial failure and the most incompetent state chairman in the history of political parties in Nigeria”.

It could be recalled that members of EPM who are of course mostly the founding fathers of the ruling APC in Edo state have been criticizing the activities of the Obaseki led administration which they accused of abandoning the aims and objectives of the party, leaving out the foundation members of the party who worked hard to make him the governor.

The movement has vowed to ensure that the governor does not return in next year’s election for another tenure, even as the governor, Mr.  Obaseki is said to have insisted that his second term is secured.
