Aluu: Young lady shot dead on arrival from work

Joy Samuel has become another bad statistic in the ongoing violence bedeviling many parts of Rivers State

Believing Wariboko, a Facebooker who broke the sad news on his timeline said the young lady from Abua-Odual  l was cut off in her prime by as she was struck by bullet of an unknown gunman  while returning home from work around 6pm today at Aluu near the University of Port Harcourt

It is not clear if Joy is a victim of targeted murder or she was hit by a stray bullet.

Not a day seems to pass these days without news of violence and crime from Rivers State these days, even as residents say many more incidents of cult related killings and kidnappings remain unreported.
