Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu has approved school enhanced feeding programme for student during Sallah festivals

 A statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Abubakar Mu’azu Dakingari quotes the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Babale Umar Yauri as saying the school enhanced feeding is a tradition, which the state government will sustain especially during the Sallah celebrations.

 He said the gesture was to making students lives better and afford them comfort home.

 The programme involves supply of beef, rice and other foodstuffs to the enable students enjoy the celebration while at school.

 The Governor advised students to take their studies with seriousness and excel in their examination.

 The Governor pledged his administration commitments toward quality education in the state through the provision of necessary teaching and learning materials.

 Schools to benefit from the enhanced feeding programme including, boarding schools, command schools for males and females and Sangaya Schools.

He rejoiced with all students in the celebration of the Eid-Elfitr.
