Fayemi Challenges Fayose to an Open debate
Former Gov of ekiti state and Gov candidate of APC Dr Kayode Fayemi has challenged incumbent Gov Ayodele Fayose to an open debate on the financial status of the state before and now.
Dr Fayemi spoke at a news conference held at the party secretariat to herald the campaign tour of the party which will commence tomorrow.
He said such open debate should be held in the market square where the two leaders would explain how they managed the resources accrued to them.
The former governor who was reacting to a question that the incumbent alleged his administration of mismanagement maintained that his government executed people oriented projects in 133 communities across the state stressing that the outcome of the July 14 gov election would further justify the popularity of APC in the state
The APC governorship candidate remarked that the party was now intact to face the challenges ahead stressing that members who were shot during the last welcome rally were recovering.
