NIQS Donates Books to Auchi Poly
The National Executive Council of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor (NIQS) has donated books, journals and other professional items to the Polytechnic.
A statement issued by the Public Relations Unit of the institution explains that Dr. Anunike Bedford Ejoke, the Vice President of the Institute led the Professional body during a visit to the Polytechnic and paid a courtesy call on the Acting Rector, who was represented by the Deputy Rector (Administration) Mr. Fredrick Agboinghale.
According to the statement, the Body interacted with the staff and students of the department of Quantity Surveying on issues bothering on challenges and development of the profession, especially as it affects training.
Receiving the gift items, the Head of Department of Quantity Surveying, Auchi Polytechnic QS Olusola Bejide appreciated the Institute for the kind gesture which will go a long way to enrich the departmental library.
