University of Ibadan Produces 117 First Class Graduates

The University of Ibadan (UI) during its convocation ceremony held on Monday, 14th November, 2016 graduated a total of 5,598 students in the first degree category.

According to a statement made available to Strategic Media via electronic mail, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Idowu Olayinka said that of the graduating students a total of 117 made First Class Honours, 1,407 graduands came out with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) while 3,020 made Second Class Honours (Lower Division). 666 made Third Class Honours and 74 others had Passes with 314 in the Unclassified Degree category.
