Court to Deliver Judgement in the Dispute between SSANU/FG

A panel of the National Industrial Court will deliver judgment in the dispute between the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) and the Federal Ministry of Education on Dec. 5

SSANU also joined the National Salaries, Income and Wages Commission as co-respondents. Justice Benedict Kanyip, who led two other justices to fix the date, said that the judgment earlier slated to be delivered on Oct. 31 was not ready.
